I like the culture and environment.; I sometimes feel like leadership is very pushy on inclusion & diversity. This company naturally had a good balance in I&D, now it is more an imposed thing.

Great experience, I've learned so much throughout the years here. From taking care of customers, technical skills, and leadership. I've got to know so many amazing people too.

That we can be very open about discussing things, especially business related. You always have someone to look for help.

Know the people I work with and being able to recognize them for the good work and time spent together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise is due as I've been in the company for more than a decade. Always climbing the ladder. I don't think I deserve a huge raise, but something in the 20/30% range.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good spirited, collaboration, always ready to experiment with new challenges as well as keeping the operation in good shape. We're very transparent and honest, which in the end has helped a lot to recognize the good, but also share the negatives open and honestly.
