I have been at Sabre for 9 years and only thought about quitting once at the very beginning when I didn't feel supported and judged. This has not happened since then and I have been given meaningful work, provided with opportunities , good bosses and environment where I feel valued and respected.

The general atmosphere, I am happy to start my work everyday in remote or in the office

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having the feeling that I am not underpaid compared to new colleagues or other top performers who get big increase when for some it seems a miracle to get over 5%.

Having the feeling that my salary is not at the right level. Also I didn't feel I got the right pay increase at my last promotion. It always seem to be a struggle to get any increase when some colleagues don't seem to have the same struggle.
