Early this year I completed my 25 years with Sabre and I feel challenged every day I get to work. It is rewarding to know that I am valued as an individual, and our People's Team is doing their best to improve our working conditions.

I have devoted 26 years of my life to Sabre and I am still excited about coming to work every day and meet every challenge as our business continue to evolve.

I have been with Sabre for almost three decades, and while the company has changed quite a bit since I joined, the changes have been for the better. I am very proud of the work we do at Sabre.

Their honesty and transparency specially during challenging times.

Sharing with new arrivals (new hires) how the intricate Sabre business model works.

The sense of community/family and having each others back when we need one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is difficult to feel valued when raises are lower than the inflation rate.
What makes you most happy at work?
Mentor new team members and prepare them for a long and successful career at Sabre.

The team spirit, sense of community and friendship even when every team member works from a different location.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having to meet the challenges that my peers or internal clients expects and trust me to meet and resolve for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires are coming in with an overall better salaries and vacation packages. It took employees with more than 20 yrs in the company 15 years to get to 6 wks paid vacation. New hires come in with way more PTO than it took us 10 yrs to achieve.
