What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I see more collaboration, less silos.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their sincerity. I no longer feel like a pawn.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just tired of the rat race. Nothing against Sabre.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are ready to assist each other. We are willing to share what we know. There is no competition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The larger organization does not seem to understand the value our team brings to the table and that we can be easily dispensed with. But we do a lot for both internal and external customers. A pay bump commensurate to my contribution, expertise and tenure would be a tangible proof of my value.
