In general is possitive, with ups and downs. Last couple of years [5 yrs] came with a lot of regional and global changes for the company that increased responsabilites in lower level leaders but compensation seem to be only be adjusted at upper management level [the salary/benefit gap is greater]

The eagerness to move into a tech platfomr company

The energy to get into a recovery phase as fast as possible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know for a fact that the same role (and with less responsability) has a better salary outside sabre
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many changes constantly, it seems the problem(s) Sabre has as a company could not be solved, and the call of speeding TS 2.0 was a bad one. We need a solid org in the long run and work in fixing whats wrong with a bottoms up approach. Any new top leader comes with a new playbook
