I've had the opportunity to learn and grow during my time at Sabre but it's always been a fight to be fairly compensated. At time leadership can seem counter to the messaging they send about supporting team members and encouraging activities but then not living it.
Their approachability on campus to all team members
The benefits at Sabre are more focused on wellness and family.
They are implementing positive mental health, work life balance, and DE&I changes.
The remote work options and flexibility are very nice and help keep me at Sabre.
There are some really great people at Sabre that are willing to help and are very friendly.
The workload is high and turn around expectations are unrealistic not allowing for a balance with home life.
Looking for growth opportunities, professional development (conferences/certifications, not online videos) and better compensation. If your direct manager does not support these, even if other leaders around you do, it doesn't matter and I feel stuck and not immediately valued.
There are Sabre TMs who are very good at their jobs and very willing to help and support others. I can almost always find someone willing to lend a hand. I really appreciate those individuals and they make all the difference.
My compensation is under market value and my projects are at a level above my current title. I could make more money if I left but I'd like to stay and feel appreciated and compensated appropriately as opposed to stay and feel bitter about my compensation.
I know for a fact I am paid below average at Sabre and even farther below compared to other companies. I hear, we need to retain and care about employees but when asked for an increase or professional development I'm told no. No other opportunities provided. It's seems very disingenuous.
