I love my job and working for Sabre. Great team, fantastic boss. Little heavy on work and short on staff at times. Hard to service customers in that situation. Also, need to be comfortable that if doing a great job, won't be impacted by layoffs. Sometimes great people are impacted instead of moved.

Although remote, we communicate well.

We have a generous PTO package, even for starting employees.

I feel like they are transparent and care about us. This is especially apparent in the last few years.

Working with my team and our customers to find resolutions that make our customers happy and give them confidence in Sabre!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a close knit group who works well together. We know that if we get in a bind, the rest of our group will step in and help. Very dependable...nice and friendly too.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there was something between yes and no on this question. I know my direct leadership has worked hard to bring me up to market but I am not quite there. Hopefully soon.
