Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
if you have been given a performance salary increase, then the legal increase (given to all employees by law) will not be applied to your salary - or just the diff % - if smaller the one per performance will be given to you, now, what is the point of working harder? Employees should receive both.
