Investing in existing products rather than new, unproven products full of bugs

Transparency from Sean Menke has been great during 2020 and onwards

Management does not always appreciate what one does and does not provides raises accordingly

Most of my coworkers do not care about their duties, they are mediocre at best and management does not recognize this nor action accordingly

Sabre has changed focus lately, creating poor products, and being extremely cheap, products are rushed to market and then no money is given to fix them

Mid management is just awful, they only care about themselves and to keep climbing the ladder, they do not really care about their employees. They do not care about anything but themselves. They play favorites and promote accordingly.

Most of my coworkers do not really care, the don’t care if they make a mistake, do not care if they are doing their job right. They do not pay attention to detail, they do not think outside the box, everything needs to be exactly documented somewher
