Sabre's ELT is working to transform the company from a conservative utility to a true tech partner for the travel industry. They are humanizing the organization and modernizing our policies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am extending offers to people 3 seniority levels my junior that make as much money as I was making 3 months ago. The executive partners that I work with would rather undermine my team's work in public forums rather than have a conversation in private about how to fix it. No respect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leaders that I interact with on a daily basis do not show respect, they undermine the Sabre values, and make decisions that do not appear to be in the best interest of the company. Many of the best senior leaders, smartest minds are leaving the company. we cater to the lowest common denominator
