I spent almost 15 years at Sabre and grew here over the time. I highly value the colleagues and learning I have had. First 5 years have seen significant growth and now it has been flat over the years and losing to competition which is concerning

Has the right vision and goals for the organization. Compassionate and did the right things during covid times
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our pace is slow and growth has been flat for many many years, and losing a lot of Airline IT business. 10 years ago, Sabre used to 800-900M in annual IT sales and it is hardly 100M/yr. Even Pre-COVID, it is <300M.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working at Sabre - growth is very slow in spite of driving significant business results. I got 4 promotions in last 8 years and on inflation adjusted basis, my pay is mostly flat. My colleagues who left for other companies are at 2-3X their Sabre Comp levels.
