I have learned a lot, work with some great people, enjoy my role, but feel undervalued with limited opportunity for growth/advancement. Sometimes it seems like its not what you know but who you know.

Their communication cadence and sharing of plans/vision.

Very supportive, knowledgeable, and excellent team players.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy what I do, the interactions I get to have with potential customers, overcoming challenges, and working with my colleagues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Geographically/culturally diverse and open environment. Trying to do more to add to diversity, improve inclusion, and stepping up to do more to help with personal health care options following the Supreme Court's overturning of Roe V. Wade.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite overachieving and your manager telling you that you deserve a promotion/raise, him then being told by HR and/or leadership there is no budget for promotions or merit raises at a level he would want to achieve for me based on my performance.
