open door policy, skip level meetings, conflicts are resolved with top priority, valued our questions, leaders answers every question that we ask.

we always have work, hardly participate in org events, always engaged with our product work, no entertainment, no team outings, we work like robots, get paid below market level, our only satisfaction is a great learning at work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

we hire more or less equal talent, but start rating them as per their performance, start paying too good for some, too bad for the remaining, start saying the highly paid is a star performer, this bring disparity in others compensation and perks, eventually undervalued thoughts, are not we the same?
