What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of PTO is great. VCP each year is a great plus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team works collaboratively, and each individual is always willing to help out when needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is making diversity and inclusion a priority. In general, the well being of employees seems to be more important to the executive team than in past years.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work from anywhere is the most positive thing about the work environment. Even though many employees work from remote locations, there is a new effort for engagement with other employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative. Each team member is always available to answer questions, and more than willing to help. The number of years of experience with Sabre is very large for each of my team members. The breathe of knowledge that goes with that is of the greatest value.
