
I love working here. Still, I feel Leaders need to do a better job balancing their team's work: if you work hard you keep being asked to do more and more. If you are lazier: nobody seems to demand much from you and that workload goes to the hard worker.

They seem to care and during hard times (COVID) they tried to improve a lot of existing benefits.
This is not about my direct Manager, nor Director but I see above them the SVP does not seem to establish empathy.
Althought, not all of my colleagues, but the majority of us work very hard to try to balance our workload and to get the best results possible in all tasks we are assigned to. Unfortunately, I feel the workload is not well distributed.
