Uruguay's micromanagement totally unnecessary with schedules and office days, working from home does work for people. Apologies for those who choose to have children and feel overwhelmed at house, others should not have to bear the consequences of that hatred.

Uruguay needs a better merit system, not tied to local "consejo de salarios", and real merit based on the effort of the employee, salaries should be increased more than a 10% after a promotion, and a gym structure in Uruguay should be provided, like "Pase Libre".
