Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the number of years of experience and Technology (GCP,AWS, on-prem, Wide variety of Database) we support , outside market paying at least 15-20% more. I feel better if i get Higher salary with family of four expense with inflation keeping in mind.

We're leveraged team level 3 supports three SRE towers works daily on unique problems, Incidents or an issues arise from scheduled changes, something breaks or technology bugs. We are unique team who supports vide variety of DBs and understand technology in and out whether it is GCP,AWS or On
