Professionalism is the best answer I can think of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses, health care and array of other choices we have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are willing to teach and help each other to grow instead of intelligence hoarding.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hard to pick, but having enough time off to recuperate and get rested is right up there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sharing information on system strategies and strengths; communicating with customers (both internal and external) about what we can do for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mostly a good fit for their jobs, and easy to work with. Several systems experts that have been with Sabre a long while.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For a long time it was every nine months there was a reorganization, and you could never tell who was going to be laid off - sometimes it seemed punitive. We no longer have those and it shows in the way the team responds to working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Things have improved within the Sabre culture since Sean took over the role - he genuinely works for the betterment of the team, as does his team. I do think that we hire outsiders at the higher levels of the company, who move in, make a splash (that doesn't last) and then leave.
