What are some of the best things about your team?
Most are committed to the same goals and supportive of each other's success. But this is not the case in the larger organization. There is a certain amount of "not my job" in evidence.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Include spouses on health benefits, regardless of their options with own employer. Allow employees to order office products using Sabre discounts at CDW (etc.) - we are mostly working from home, after all. Salary will hopefully catch up with market conditions when we bring in more revenue...
