Overall working at Sabre has been a positive experience. I have been fortunate to have worked for some of the best managers during some difficult life challenges who have supported me during those times. I feel blessed to still be with Sabre after so many years.

Working at Sabre has been a blessing - just like any relationship it has had its ups and downs - but making it through the downtimes makes you feel more connected and prouder to still be here.

Everyone seems to be relatable, approachable, and shows transparency as much as possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
Staying busing, meeting internal and external customer needs, and talking with/staying connected with friends/co-workers.

Working with friends/work family! Accomplishing goals together to meet both internal and external customer needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility that Sabre provides with WFA. I feel Sabre promotes work-life balance as much as possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre seems to genuinely care about work/personal life balance. Even with the return to office- there is still flexibility to work from home some days/adjust hours to meet personal needs. The end of year break is greatly appreciated to have additional time with friends/family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are more than co-workers, while we might not hang out outside of work - we are a work family and would do anything for each other at work or outside of work! We are a real team and ready to step-up at any time if needed!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In today's world, I just feel blessed to have my job, love the people I work with, have flexibility in work schedule, have a great manager and direct leadership above him that all seem to genuinely care about their employees and to top it off I get a paycheck and benefits!!!
