Great teams/people but too many layers of leadership/organizations that make alignment unnecessarily hard and promote hero culture instead of a proactive measured approach to solving the issues before they occur.

Achievements, helping the team to remove roadblocks, solving (real) problems for customers and the business. Learning technology.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Each year I've been told I had an outstanding performance but 3 years in a row requests for my promotion got declined.
