Open , honest & clear communication. Always updates employees with sabre news. Takes good care of employees well being.

Should be promoted to the next level. Should get market salary.. Should have a good budget to treat employees where ever they are in the world.

When I log in in the morning I get excited checking e-mails to see if there is any thing new for me to do. I always like helping others and working on new projects where I always have part to play...
What are some of the best things about your team?
Share information. Help & guide the team if needed. Take active part in the project work. Employees feel they can talk to there supervisors or managers without any fear. Be open with the team and let them know they are very valued team members.
