I love working at Sabre, I belong here! Some leaders are focused mostly on results and not that much on people, leading to unpleasant work environment sometimes. Overall I feel valued and think my contributions matter, but would like to have more focus of people. Happy people can get better results

I love working at Sabre! I know we have many areas of improvement as a company; but in my experience, no matter if you are a leader, senior leader or a frontline analyst, your ideas are always heard, so we can always make a difference!

There are a lot of great/amazing leaders inspiring us to grow. We need to care about people skills for leadership and not only business/technical knowledge.

Everything! I love what I do and I really enjoy learning about each experience. Also, knowing that your personal and peofessional growth are always supported is awesome!

Overall the people at Sabre has collaborative spirit and you can work and at the same time have fun. To me, most of the time, is very pleasant!

There is a lot of partnership, I think. There are a lot of networking initiatives, which is great for knowing colleagues on different teams, so this facilitate interactions and collaboration

The goals the propose and the Culture they promote are exceptional and very aligned with my spirit and personal values. Also the rigor and accountability to get the goals executed are remarkable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Sharing time with my coworkers, to be involved in important initiatives and to be able to contribute with the success of those initiatives. Also, being able to develop myself personally and have that space, makes me so happy!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As young and new frontline leaders there is a lot expected from us, but we are not always fairly recognized or frequently. I don't think my salary is bad, but comparing my compensation now and my compensation as individual contributor I don't really feel it worth the change. I don't regret, thou...
