I really like the new company structure, as a next step I would love to see an easier, faster and more efficient decision making process, every individual at Sabre needs more decision power, once the bureaucracy is removed it will be even more fun working at Sabre

in general very positive, but some administration work, processes, making quick decisions, etc. must be improved
