Happy to work for Sabre, they have had positive changes over the last few years with the impacts of Covid. As my team specifically was severely impacted by layoffs in 2020, I feel that my team has been working with less resources. My compensation does not align with the national average for my role.

My experience at this company has challenged me early in my career due to the pandemic and navigating my team's major layoffs. I feel strongly that this company has made good decisions recently with our culture as it pertains to increased paid time off and implemented work from anywhere.

Compensation that aligns more with US standard for my role, I feel I am being underpaid for my role

My team truly looks out for one another. It is not competitive and each person works together as a team.

Their culture of supporting one another with knowledge sharing and problem solving as a group, we are all in it together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having adequate compensation that aligns with the industry standards for my role. I feel that my level of compensation for salary is below the standard for my role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is on par with the market average for my role type but this has only been the case within the last few months for me with my latest promotion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Opinions and feedback are trickled up to decision makers in a timely manner, I do feel like my voice and constructive criticisum is being listened to. On the flipside, I do enjoy Say Thanks and having the ability to formally send postitive notes to colleagues.
