People are smart and collaborative. I like the sales engineers and product teams.

The changes, P25, new leadership, innovation, energy to push forward and lead in our space.

Kurt is approachable and pragmatic and supports simplification, which helps employees get SH- stuff done. :-)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is good, but with inflation, could be an issue soon. I like having a bonus, but it is tied to goals I have little influence over, based upon the portfolio makeup.
