Process heavy. At times work/life balance okay, other times not. Huge focus on "must deliver fast" vs build effective teams. Lots of meetings, but poor communication in general. Good Benefits overall. Everything seems to be too rushed and behind schedule.

Extended PTO time to all and paid week off for everyone at end of year.

The people on the team are generally pleasant to work with. Everyone wants to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are generally polite and easy to speak with. I have no problems escalating my concerns.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus more on delivering quality products in the time it actually takes to deliver quality, rather than setting deadlines that are often unrealistic. Do more team building, especially with people working remote.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Processes are very heavy and slow, and they change, often dramatically, with every release cycle. Processes seem to be much more about providing satisfying statistics for executives, rather than providing an environment for efficient agile software development. Processes are too rigid.
