Our team is very diverse and there is so much to learn from each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary gaps are huge between existing employees and new hires sending the message that if you want to be compensated, it is better to go elsewhere
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On average we are at least 30-40% below market rate. Better pay rises so employees don't have to feel forced to leave the company in order to get compensation that is inline with the current inflation, cost of living an market averages.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
WFA has made a huge impact to our lives. I cannot imagine going back to the office every day. We are so much more connected in this virtual world. Our team members and our customers are all virtual. This is a new era.
