I am hoping JSR will address this however the benchmarking is either terrible or non-existent. There should be better consistency for benefits provided globally. If it's provided in one country it should be provided in all.
Managing senior team members. Their is a perception that there is one rule for senior leaders and another rule for the rest of us. Transparency in terms of how the company is performing and potential upcoming issues.
