Haven't had an increase in 3 years and the last one was minimal yet inflation has been climbing.

Have not had a pay increase in a couple of years and was not given credit for customer renewals as part of SIP package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledgeable and fun to be around. Would be nice to see them in person at some point in the near future at a team meeting. Still have not met a couple of them in person, only on Teams.

Everyone focused on the customer, willing to share information, friendly. Would be nice to be able to meet in person as a group as some people are new to the team. Haven't met in person in over 5 years.
