I love Sabre and bleed Sabre Red! Sabre is a really good company and has worked very hard trying to keep things going. I see that and I also see the big picture and glad I'm apart of it.

Sabre is a really good company to work for. I've been with Sabre for 7 years. This is the 3rd CFO and there's been a lot of changes on the E-team. Overall, I fell we're in a very good place to rebuild and rebrand inside out. Sabre RED!!

I love Sabre! Because of the people and Sabre is committed to their employees. I understand the business side and love giving my all on making Sabre great. I have a good manager and the executive team are very transparent.

D&I commitment, transparency, relaxed and seem to enjoy each other. Shawn Williams has a really good attitude and sense of humor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have a lot of responsibility managing 2 global teams and I know market value is much higher than Sabre. I feel my manager values what I'm do for Sabre. Market value for compensation would make me feel better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the pay is different for tendered employees vs. new employee (post-covid). I have a lot of responsibilities and my compensation is under market average for my responsivities. Reevaluating compensation to align with market value.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I bleed Sabre red, I'm committed to Sabre and believe I have a critical part in making the 2025 goal achievable. I feel my manager knows this as well and I simple want fair compensation. I do a lot for Sabre, I'm ready for Sabre to show it's loyalty to me as I've been loyalty to me.
