I just started, so for myself I have a lot I want to learn and looking forward to becoming more involved at the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I just started at this company several months ago and am looking forward to the future of the team I'm on and the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I greatly appreciate the fact that they answer questions live in meetings. I do think there should be a Q&A day to have employees ask questions and make suggestions to leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the 5 weeks PTO and holiday break recently announced. I think the bonus is good but I think it would be great if we can get a little higher percentage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think the team I'm on has some room to grow but, I just started three months ago and try to give suggestions when I'm able to that I believe might help the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work remotely and do not live near the company site, so for myself I don't have human interaction. But, I'm hopeful I can come to the office and see Texas some day. I think it would great if we had company outings at lunch time and send gift cards to those who work remote to eat remotely.
