We are a cohesive group and help each other out when needed. Everyone is friendly and most are team players.

There is a fair amount of events to attend if you have time and wish to socialize. The culture is definitely mixed which is good.

Bonus is a nice perk....would like the market analysis to be looked at for the assistants. We seem to be on the low end of range.

After the pandemic, they are trying to do more to bring the employees into the office and have casual gatherings (popcorn stand, cookies, etc.) in different areas of the building. Culture seems to be positive and celebrating "wins" and recognizing teams for these successes.
