I appreciate the information the executive team shares during Town Halls, earnings calls and other events.

There are frequent events to encourage interaction with various teams/groups. I especially enjoy events with guest speakers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued by my immediate supervisor, but am very discouraged when new hires have starting salaries above mine.

They seem to be very aligned and focused on the same goals. I feel like they are very approachable and transparent.
