My overall experience is very positive, I love what I do and who I do it with. I tell everyone it is a great company to work for, I just wish we did better with salaries for people who have a long time at the company or have teams all around the world.

I love where I am but feel like depending on the leader is if I feel valued or not, I do not need to be coddled but I would like a leader who gives me feedback of where I am and how to go to the next level.

I like my VP and respect him.

They are great people and hard workers

The people and how much we care for eachother

The people and the changes I work on everyday.

They seem very transparent and I feel they are doing what they should to be our best.

We are good people who want to help each other and the customer, we always want to do better.

I have a plan for my team and love to work hard everyday to execute. I enjoy coaching and mentoring others as well.

The people and the benefits, again even the pay is good but always seems to be an issue the longer you work at the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like because I am not in the US and I am cheaper, this makes it easier to have people in my team be paid more and although this is comment I feel that it is not pointed out as it should.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think I get paid well but both myself and people in my team have issues with pay in comparisons to others in the same team. Also we seem to always have more work yet the pay does not always reflect the new things or teams we get. This is unfortunate as this is the best company I worked for.
