I love working in this company, it feels like my 2nd family. I've seen transformation and changes and how leaders have overcome different challenges through the years. The company has always promoted career growth and development for employees and the work and balance combined with fun and wellness.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, constant communication, getting involved with making sure there is work and balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A better competitive salary vs. the market. Last time my merit was 3% which i considered it wasn't fair considering the market overall.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is good communication, we care about each other, we meet our goals and support each other towards meeting our commitments as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the meetings from Women and Technology and the new movements by Culture and Diversity. All of the wellness activities and activities besides work which allow you to have fun and also to learn from others.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility from the WFA which allows me to manage my kids schedule and activities plus still meeting my commitments from work and also allows me to save on gas while not having to commute to the office. Being able to have access to tools and communicate with other team members remotely from home.
