I like working at Sabre - the people are great and the work is interesting. It is a difficult company to learn when you are new, though. And there is insecurity around unreasonable sales targets not being met and if that will impact my position here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Driving results for Sabre and the customer and working with my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great and supportive coworkers. A hard working team of motivated and knowledgeable people always willing to help out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A supportive environment with a team that drives for results and solutions. It can be hard to get things done here and hopefully Project 25 helps with this.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the honesty on where we are and things we need to work on. I appreciate support of work/life balance with WFA and YEB. I think we have a strong vision. I'm glad to see the focus on I&D.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I do think some sales targets are not based on reality but on what the budget needs to be even if it is not realistic so the incentive compensation does not materialize. We should all have stretch goals but not unrealistic ones that can not be achieved.
