They are very generous and give many days off, good compensation, very good work-life balance, etc

We are global, but we stay connected and enjoy chatting and catching up. They are purely supportive and there is no feeling of competition at all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With wage transparency becoming more mainstream, it's easy to compare my position to comparable openings and see that I am vastly underpaid compared to the market. I have raised this to my leaders and have not seen change due to the health of the company.
