When I was hired on I was blatantly lied to about the role I would have and since I quit my last job, I couldn't exactly go back. Thankfully, that manager is gone and seven+ years later, I've found a niche and have created a name for myself at Sabre.
We are cohesive and get along well.
We get along well and work well together.
I'm satisfied...that does not mean any part is "best".
They seem open an honest about the current and future state of Sabre.
I go to work each day, I don't go to fun each day.
I am not in the office as I am full time WFH, so I don't see the culture first hand very much.
To be blunt, the paycheck. Most of the benefits are good, but the company we have Rx benefits with, I don't want to give them my money, but I have no say in that matter.
I don't go to fun everyday, I go to work. If you select a job because you enjoy it, over time, you will stop enjoying it. So I keep things I enjoy separate from work.
