Elite workforce with years of experience and in general a great attitude to work. However, we seem to be slow to react, are risk averse, and probably too process oriented.

Highly talented and experienced; they love collaborating and representing the needs of Sabre's customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Good collaboration and positive vibes with coworkers; Learning about wins around the org in general and within my org specifically.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People in general are friendly, genuinely care for each other, Diversity in gender, nationality, etc. Employees want to succeed. Many employees have been at Sabre for 10+ years and are invested in the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sean is a critical thinker and very analytical and has been a great CEO especially during the crisis. The rest of the leadership team has undergone quite a change and we have a new team in place for the last year. They seem personable, capable and trustworthy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market is hot and I know people that have left Sabre for much higher pay than what we get here. Secondly, our stocks have been underperforming for years now and the equity does not have the value it used to have earlier. Third, our VCP / bonus seems to have a ceiling!
