We may want to look at compensation for tenured employees at Sabre versus new hires at Sabre. Subjectively, it appears new hires are being compensated at a higher compensation than tenured employees within comparable career levels.
H.R. has mentioned a handful of times about reviewing compensation against current market value, but I don't believe we have gone through that process.....even if employees are generally paid competitively, if employees saw the process happen, it would make them feel better about their compensation
