It's been a good run-growing, learning, contributing-but the culture seems to be turning meaner. Ex: New execs are all Remote, but team members with 2+ hour commutes are expected to come into the office for 'optics.' It's only the little people who have to experience a negative work/life balance.

Solving problems and making someone's day better.

That flexibility in work from anywhere is firmly supported and my contributions appreciated

We have each other's backs - supporting each other. Also they are all excellent at their jobs.

They have improved at communicating. They are there to get the best job done for the customer and the employees.

Completing projects that enable team members at Sabre to operate more efficiently and do their best work in a less stressful environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unless you change jobs frequently, the annual merit of 2% does not keep pace with inflation nor does it reflect improvements in productivity and skills

My salary is significantly below Market/Middle of range. I would feel better if it was more in line with Market and the level of work I do
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, it used to be we are all treated like family. But now, apparently, the older members of the family who grew and cultivated Sabre, are yesterday's news.
