Possibilities, good mood, positive atmosphere :) ( It is not very common in Poland due to post-communism mentality unfortunately)

Comment to Polish Executive team: Openness and Honestly. During "Coffee chat we can ask "difficult" question and suggest something" We always receive answer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary raise or company stocks. Currently we do have 16% of inflaction in Poland and we do have "employee market" in with IT salaries raising by default by 20- - 40%
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Openness, smile and eagerness to help and support, Possibilities to make our job but also to join hackathon initiatives and things organized by Communities of Practises. So many many options to spend time in a good way after work time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After checking of Salary report for Polaand 2023, 2024 (Hays, just joining IT, Bulldogdjob, No Fluff Jobs) I will that we are paid below the market. What would make you feel better - pay more inline with market trends
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Comment to question "Do you approve of the job your executive team is doing at your company?" --> my role is not to approve their strategy I can suggest, and I can recommend and follow only. What I like is that they are visible and answer questions.
