I have been treated fairly over the years. There have been tough times for sure and times where mistakes were made, but overall Sabre has been good to me.

I'm not micro-managed and willingness of the company to allow, and even encourage, us to explore new ideas.

Most folks are very willing to collaborate! When someone needs help we all rally to help support them. True teamwork.

We have some really great people who are always willing to collaborate. However, we still have areas where folks have silos.

That there are some really knowledgeable people who are willing to help and share their knowledge. Our environment allows that to happen.

I think our pay is setup to give us an opportunity to earn a significant bonus when we all work together, and we hit our goals.

Their transparency and knowledge. I believe the leadership has done an excellent job of navigating Sabre through the most extreme economic and social challenges we've seen in the past 25+ years. Thank you!!
