It's a great and diverse team, focused on goals and results, with open communication and well organized and supportive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Same positions in different countries are being better compensated. On the other hand, the merit cycle has been postponed.

We work on a Global Company and there's a big salary gap on same positions in different countries. So reduce that gap will be beneficial mainly for those employees in developing countries.
