The overall experience is relatively good. We have been working too much in finance and it needs to change.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
i started during covid so it took a few years to meet and connect with other teams. Going into the office has helped with establishing relationships and to connect with people in the company. Finance is very fast past and stressful. We have cotnuied to lose ppl but asked to do the same or more work.

The salary and bonus comp.

The Exec team seems to be very transparent and caring for their employees.

people truly seem to care. most coworkers treat everyone with respect and dignity.

Open and transparent communication with us. Seem to truly care about the company and well being of us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
our teams continue to take on more and more work and the pay doesnt stay aligned with more responsibilities.

My direct team is willing to help out and do whatever it takes to help get the job/requests done in a timely manner.
What makes you most happy at work?
getting the work done so i can move onto other tasks. We are burden with several request and many be urgent requests on a daily/weekly basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mgmt typically seems like they care about the employee health and wellness. There are benefits rolling out to help employees with this but some may not be clear on where to go for them or have time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Finance group is working tirelessly to meet the needs of the product and mgmt requests. We are very short staffed and stressed. Lots of manual processes that make the job tougher. mental health does not seem to be a priority within the acct and finance groups.
