We have a very engaging and experienced team in certain areas. Long standing experience and great work ethics.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not listening to the market and customer ever changing needs which is taking a toll on our organic growth especially in North America.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been moved into new positions with the promise of a more aligned pay structure to the position that after two has never come to fruition despite exceeding in my role.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is a ridiculous formality about following the hierarchy structure. No access to our President where our last President of our Division had a completely open door policy and was very engaging.
