From my perspective, the company respects that I have a family and children and allows me that flexibility to be there for them when needed, therefore I want to work that much harder for the company. I enjoy the culture being so transparent, communicative, and positivity of my management.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Sabre has been a wonderful place to work, I enjoy my work, I'm always learning. My manager is amazing and respects my work life balance. I like how executive management are transparent and forthcoming with information. I have great colleagues. I just wish I made a higher hourly wage.

I feel valued in my team but my salary does not reflect the same.

The understanding that we work hard, but also have families to attend to. There is a respect there.

They are kind, respectful, and super smart, each one is always willing to share their knowledge and help out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A school bus driver makes an hourly rate higher than mine, and I hold multiple degrees, that doesn't seem right.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand the work life balance and respect that I have kids, which sometimes complicates the normal 8 to 5. They are flexible and understanding, which makes me want to work that much harder.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like a higher salary to keep up with inflation and the market. I really like Sabre as a company and the people I work with are beyond amazing, but it's getting hard to pay for things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre values the employee which also means they value the work life balance. I enjoy the WFA policy, which allows me to have a work life balance. I can still take my kids to school and pick them up yet still be available for my duties at work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is positive and respectful. Coming back into the workforce after being a stay at home mom, I can't tell you how much I value the company's position on WFA. This allows me to me a mother to my growing children, but also a valuable contributor to Sabre's success. It's really a win win!
