Sabre dosn't promote or hire African Americans beyond Sr. Manager level. Look at the Org Chart there are no African Americans in Leadship positions. Even with the new CFO and President, there was an opportunitiy to hire an African American. Boast inclusion and diversity but i don't think so.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Sabre pays me well, I like my job. I wouldn't recommend Sabre to any African American that wanted to go into upper management. I haven't seen Sabre promote or hire anyone beyond Sr. Manager which leads me to believe there is a glass cieling for African Americans at Sabre.

having insurance, insurance could be better but at least I have it.

That we have flexibility in where we work and the hours we work

We all like each other, work well together, support each other. Just great people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think Sean was the best CEO to have during the COVID crisis. I believe he cares about all of his employees. He did a great job helping us keep our jobs and stay safe from a work stand point.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that we have one. Our insurance could be better. The fact that our co-pays don't go toward our deductibles, when it is a out of pocket cost for employees isn't fair. Our insurance coverage could be better
