
Sabre pays me well, I like my job. I wouldn't recommend Sabre to any African American that wanted to go into upper management. I haven't seen Sabre promote or hire anyone beyond Sr. Manager which leads me to believe there is a glass cieling for African Americans at Sabre.
Advancement to executive leadership is not an apparent option at Sabre.

I think Sean was the best CEO to have during the COVID crisis. I believe he cares about all of his employees. He did a great job helping us keep our jobs and stay safe from a work stand point.
The best part is that we have one. Our insurance could be better. The fact that our co-pays don't go toward our deductibles, when it is a out of pocket cost for employees isn't fair. Our insurance coverage could be better
