Enjoyable, challenging, intellectual, collaborative and entertaining. Never boring - always engaging with people, projects and operational fires. We need to fix market perception and how we're winning and retaining business.

Fun, collaborative, engaging, open to new ideas, they create new ideas

Transparency, company direction and understanding the way we work has changed after Covid

Resourcing. Open positions just got closed. Expectations haven't changed to do the work.

Trying to change the culture to improve work-life balance. Less 'fires' would be good

Team members are supportive, aware that work-life-balance now exists and provide the right tools for the job

Salary is fair, paternity/maternity company plan is excellent - but other substantial benefits such as health insurance don't exist in my location (New Zealand)

The term 'exciting' isn't right for work. Are you looking forward to the days challenges and interactions with customers and colleagues would have been better
